About COMPASS
COMPASS has been an annual diversity and economic inclusion conference hosted by Early Morning Software, Inc. and the PRiSM User Group. This year’s conference enters the new decade Accelerating Change through Economic Inclusion and Diversity. COMPASS has evolved to a Professional Development association for diversity, procurement, legal, compliance and economic development professions. The global climate calls for CHANGE which must be strategic in order to be transformative and sustainable.
COMPASS Conference 2020 is appropriately themed - Accelerating Change through Economic Inclusion and Diversity - to reflect the internal and external changes it will affect. Our goal is to elevate practices that promote economic inclusion, produce equity and diversity in contracting and workforce, and to eradicate practices that suppress access to opportunities, foster poverty and exclusion and promote discrimination. Our leaders are experienced professionals recognized globally for developing policies that are legally defensible. They are Game Changers that have re-engineered organizational processes, increased supplier diversity and instituted economic inclusion practices that produced thousands of apprentice and local jobs.
The performance of organizations show highly engaged citizens and more productive workforces; increased tax bases and profits, and economic growth that benefits all.
