Orders will be tracked in the eCommerce site from inception with a quote through receipt of purchase order. Upon order, we estimate that a project may initiate within two weeks. Upon project initiation, the Client Services Team manages the project using Liquid Planner our web-based collaboration and project management system.

e. EMS has a number of systems and processes that allow it to track that status of orders, contract processes, and order fulfillment. Reports are monitored by the appropriate team and weekly review meetings inform management of sales attainment and bottlenecks. Our team reviews allow us to quickly bring resolution and/or identify recommendations to mitigate risk and ensure timely processing. Management’s involvement in the meeting facilitates easy prioritization and adjusting business objectives to meet client goals. Where appropriate, automated notifications to clients may be set before to keep them informed of order status and their responsibilities.

Similar processes are employed to track software renewals and contract expirations. Automated communications notify clients in advance to initiate renewal events – generate Purchase Orders, schedule RFPs, issue notice of termination, etc.
